Honestly, that's something a lot of people who started om tumblr seem to have a habit of doing when they end up on lj or dw. It's annoying, and yes - very much against lj/dw culture - but technically not plagiarism since they linked to you.

If it's something that's really making you uncomfortable I'd contact them saying "Hey, while I appreciate you credited me, I'm really not comfortable with this, so could you please take it down or make it a private entry?"
