How do you know for sure they're trans?

Eating disorders are pretty common amongst guys who are gay or bi, as well. Or guys with a history of child abuse in their past.

(Not to mention the obvious fact that straight guys can also suffer from EDs - my brother had one, linked to his OCD.)
