I haven't had sex and haven't really been in a serious relationship for a very long time and it makes me feel like I am worth less than other people

You're not worth less, at all. I know it's hard when Western society places so much importance on romance and sex, but honestly, sex is like most things. It can be amazing for some and no great shakes for others (myself included). And I'd take friendship over romance any day.
