Anon, the important thing is to keep doing something that makes some small positive change in your life. Don't let fandom or gaming or work or whatever become your life. I was very lonely for a while and stuck in a location where I couldn't even leave the house without a great deal of effort (I can't drive and the nearest supermarket was half an hour away). I'm not kidding when I say I buried myself in fandom/fic and nearly failed my course as a result.

Surround yourself with people who can help and don't let yourself be bogged down by the tricks your mind's playing on you. And fwiw I'm not being holier than thug: I know how much effort it takes. Be kind to yourself and take small (but productive) step, OP!
