Chronic fatigue. I have been to countless doctors, spent probably thousands of dollars, and have had multiple tests run to try to figure out what is wrong with me. And guess what? They haven't been able to find a cause. We've found some issues and fixed those and the problem still persists.

No, I don't need to get more sleep. I can sleep for 12+ hours and STILL be fatigued. I don't need to eat better; I eat extremely healthy and I take multiple vitamin supplements. I try to walk at least a mile every day when I feel up to it. Physically, my body is in excellent shape aside from the fatigue. Yes, I've seen a psychiatrist - I see one twice a year for my OCD and he has told me that I'm most assuredly not depressed. (I'm a cheerful and upbeat person aside from this)

Like you, I really wish it were something I could just 'get over' so I could have a much more productive life. I'm currently job-hunting and it sucks to be constantly worried if I'll even be able to work a full-time job if I do get one.
