I'm trying to figure this out but I don't have the Japanese language skills to read pertinent news. I'm trying to figure out what chapter Kazuya Minekura released last and what's shaking in W.A. I've been to the LJ comm so far.

You probably would have better answers if you asked someone there.

But I think the number of the last chapter released was dice 25 (after the renumbering after switching to ZeroSum) almost a year ago.

Yeah, like the previous comment said, I think the last chapter was ch 45 (where pretty much nothing happened), which was released May last year. And I don't think there's been any mention of the next chapter from Zero Sum.
I've kind of prepared myself for this series never continuing tbh.
