I read this secret as I'm in the middle of an hour of research on a tiny detail that literally will show up once in this fic I'm writing, and honestly matters more to me than to the reader because it helps me keep the story accurate in my head. This is after my hour of researching if the Falcon was gay or not, because I swore I read somewhere that he was but now I can't find anything about that (though I've found a detailed list of every other Marvel character who has said they're gay)

I read this secret and wonder why, then, I don't get more hits on my factually correct, in-character fics.

If you want to, do it! It's about fun and even if you are plain, it's fine! As for people not knowing who you are, there are people who cosplay for really small fandoms and if you do find someone who recognises your character it will be all the sweeter for the rarity.

I never saw it as pro or anti feminist. Just sort of existing. I suppose it's vaguely feminist in that it recognizes that women exist, and exist as people in their own right, with agency, opinions, flaws, and all... but it's a product of the times, and in those times, women pretty much had to get married.

He never got to see Nozomi again, or travel with Chen, or awkwardly turn down Ren's advances... (you know it was going to happen one day. ONE DAY.)

Ugh, the Shenmue games are kind of ridiculous but I love them so much and would give anything for the series to be completed. It's so unfair. I still have my Dreamcast and a copy of Shenmue (as well as my original Xbox and Shenmue 2), but the console is on its last legs I think, and I doubt I'll be able to replay it without buying another.

These games will always hold a special place in my heart. To me they can never get enough recognition. If someone would release a copy of Shenmue and Shenmue 2 on disc for Xbox of Playstation, I would snatch it up in a heartbeat. Even at full price.
