It's a sci-fi/cyberpunk open world game. Ubisoft have been hyping the shit out of it for the past six months.

I thought about getting it, but... I'm not buying an Ubisoft game on PC ever again. Maybe I'll get it on PS3, but at a discount. I pretty much blew my gaming budget this year on Wolfenstein and Dark Souls 2.

it's just the worst. I love reading negative reviews of ubisoft games because most of them just bitch about how terrible uplay is rather than evaluate the game itself. it's almost universally hated and ubisoft couldn't care less

Ubisoft is... not good to their PC customers.

Their CEO views PC gamers as nearly all dirty pirates.

For a number of years they slapped "always on" DRM to their games, all but rendering, for example, Assassin's Creed 2 unplayable.

And don't get me started on UPlay. I was so excited for Anno 2070 and UPlay ruined it.
