Maybe because I know what he did, but the first several seconds of the video, particularly his face, just gives off "something's not right" vibes so much. Also, the monotone in his voice and the fact that he sounds like he's reading off some sort of script is also adding to the creepyness. In addition to all his weird rambling crap mind you.
