I think Stan said it took four to six months to get into that kind of shape? But maybe I'm misremembering and it was three... (I should know this, I just watched this interview a couple days ago. Ah well.)

I've been working out (basically) every day for many months now and it isn't easy, but I know what I do is pathetic and nothing compared to the workout you would have to do to get in that kind of shape. I'm both jealous of how stupidly good looking he is, how fit he is, and don't in the least want to ever attempt his routine.

(His eyes are really more important than his abs, though. His eyes are his best/worst feature. Mostly because they break my heart and ruin my life. God, I wish WS was out on DVD/Blu-Ray so I could have icons of his puppy dog eyes...)

I'm kind of jealous that they can get that in shape in like 3 months, but then again, so much work. Eurgh.

Same here, I do something everyday but if I really wanted muscles and the tone that some actors have I'd have to do waaaaaay more.

(Amen to that, his eyes are a fucking lethal weapon. No grown man should be able to wrench my heart that badly by looking sad, the fucking fuck. Oh god people are going to be icon-ing that scene and... I'll survive, I'll be strong. And speaking of icons that one is adorable, eeee.)

I am too. I've been doing this shit for nine months and I'm still not in shape. Shit is hard, man. You have to have some serious dedication to follow through with something like that.

If only life was like the Sims, and we could get fit in a couple hours. (And be able to fast forward through those hours so we don't actually have to experience them.)

(How terrifying was he as Winter Soldier though, too? Of course he does the sad thing well, he was born to cry on cue, but wow was he a menacing motherfucker. And he can switch so quickly! One second he's a walking death machine, the next he's lost, confused and has a childlike innocence about him. And we need ALL the icons. The silly ones, the sad ones, the badass ones...all of them.)

I've not been doing it for that long but ugh I know what you mean, it feels like it's not doing much but give it a little while and maybe I'll see results.

Training montage's irl would be a thing of beauty ngl.

(He was. He totally was, like I would get chills every time it went silent, you saw him and his theme started ramping up in the background. It was actually pretty tense and I liked it. It's such a stark contrast as well and both versions are done brilliantly. Trufax, all icons must be had.)

Keep it up! It just takes time. You'll see results, but it ain't easy or fast.

I want a training montage set to "eye of the tiger".

(The music was so perfect. The combination of the sound effects and music and Sebastian's physicality was extremely potent. Just the way he held himself and walked and how effortless everything was for him...it was believable that Bucky was a bamf assassin who could take on anyone. And boy did he; even Steve got his ass kicked pretty damn bad. I wouldn't want to be in a dark alley with him at night. Well, in certain circumstances...sure I would, but those circumstances are highly unlikely.)
