I tend to kudos over comment, usually because I almost exclusively read fic on the kindle app on an iPad. Typing on this screen is so annoying because the autocorrect failures and I'm usually in bed, lying down. Kudos makes it so easy for me to make the acknowledgment that I enjoyed it. If a fic is awesome enough that I'm compelled to comment, I try. Or I try to remember to do so when I'm back to my desktop.
