Jefferson Mays deserves to win over both of them tbh. But if it doesn't go to him then it should go to Neil. Hedwig is amazing and it's wonderful to finally see it on Broadway. Les Mis has been done and done far better. This revival is a huge disappointment.

Yeah, a production of Les Mis would have to be doing something truly extraordinary to win a Tony at this stage. If the performer really is good, OP should wish him a long and awesome career, not a random Tony for a role in a by-now hackneyed production.
