There's a big difference between the Spiderman, Superman, Batman movies and the MCU that I think would really not allow the same rotating actors.

Spiderman and Batman both had trilogies that very neatly started and ended and are obviously isolated worlds. Superman movies tend to also be isolated universes and be single movies or have only one or two sequels. They're all set up in such a way that they can easily be rebooted and recast (very quickly).

With the MCU they're really building a continuous universe and that means cameos and having the events of movies interact strongly with each other, which also means more ways to cement the characters as they are (particularly as they are portrayed by a particular actor).

For example: Robert Downey Jr. IS Iron Man in this universe. Audiences have already connected with him and associated him with the character, and possibly wouldn't take well to a replacement - the studio would risk people cooling to the character if they recast now. They can't reboot because his three movies and the Avengers movies interact and it would mess with the overall story, and a new actor would certainly be younger (which would clash with some of how he's been characterized) and likely only mimicking RDJ.

The only big MCU character to have a recast is Hulk, and all of his solo movies were weak, unlike the other Avengers. Mark Ruffalo was very well received though, so I doubt they'll be doing another recast since he's already in Avengers 2.
