How did a crab fall on your head and what does that have to do with the secret? O_o

I think the crab-falling-on-head part is part of a story, but it is unclear from this very confusing secret.

I came to that conclusion too after reading the secret, but I wasn't sure at first. (I'm still not entirely sure, since the way the secret is worded is a bit confusing.) Still thought it was funny though :P
