I feel like it's gotten a lot better, because there was a time when the SJW infestation was really bad. They moved on the greener pastures, though.

Sadly this was also the time when there were moore secrets (and more wank) which I both sort of miss.

I for one am glad there's less wank. It's not as interesting/funny/free-for-all, so it's not really worth investing the time which I have less of these days.

I was mostly bothered when it started getting out of hand. I remember one person (forgot the name) who actually cut herself because of harassment.

No, I thought it was on sf_d where she posted about cutting herself. But that might be just totally wrong.

It went on here, at least partially.

I'm not sure how it went down exactly anymore, but it was related to transgender wank.

I think the general jest of the original post was something like "I don't think the average person should be expected to know more about transgenderism than about botany" - I'm probably paraphrasing very loosely. But, in any case, SJW's jumped on it, accusing her of comparing trans people with plants - nd it completely escalated. The OP was already unstable, cut herself, and posted pictures of it.

I think that was probably the exact moment I decided I would no longer accommodate SJW's.

...wow. I remembered the SF_D one. I didn't know it happened here, too. That's fucked up.

(I am personally very involved with SJ related stuff but holy shit some of the SJWs are just extreme to the point of being absolutely scary. I left SF_D after someone decided to take my "Okay, I appreciate what you guys have said and I will think on it, but I need to back out of this convo now because I'm dealing with a lot of shit after I was raped a few days ago. Thanks, you've given me a lot to think on" comment to read that I was "emotionally manipulative" and according to my gf who followed the thread after that, people were speculating whether I was actually making up the rape. I haven't ever had the strength to go back and see what actually was said.)

SF_D and SFD_anon is a cesspool that I hope eventually die by their own swords.

Went back there recently, and saw a post that basically went like 'War is bad and we'd execute every soldier for it if we could' and I back - buttoned and never went back.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have, indeed, driven somebody to suicide.

That was childings.

I always felt sorry for her and I even read her posts. She made sense, but an SJW took ONE word/sentence out of context....and you got the wank that lead to the harassment.

Edit: or make that leafing. I could have sworn it was childings though....oh well. Either way, felt sorry for them

Was it a pet related wank? I see the name childings and I can't help but think of a big blow - up involving dogs or cats of some sort (NOT Huskies JSYK).

That I have no idea. I just remember seeing childings a lot when it came to that other wank....but I may be wrong with her, so...I dunno at this point. D:
