And then from the wiki:
Enhanced Strength: Captain America's physical strength is enhanced to beyond human, and is sufficiently strong enough to lift up to 4 tons.
Enhanced Speed: Captain America can run at a speed between 70-120km/36-75 miles per hour.
Enhanced Healing: He is able to heal broken bones and torn muscles "in a day or two",[19] while bullet and knife puncture wounds heal in "a matter of hours" or "just a couple of minutes respectively. He has even healed from a broken neck, broken limbs and holes through his chest in a week. He has also become naturally immune to deadly poisons and illnesses.

Pretty sure he is powered down in the MCU though.
Disease Resistance: Captain America is immune to all Earthly diseases, infections and disorders, and has never become ill after receiving the Super-Soldier Serum. He's impervious to gas attacks, poisons, and nerve-toxins of any kind and completely resistant to diseases like anthrax, smallpox and HIV. His immune system is so powerful that "a half a pint of tetrodotoxin" shows no ill effects.

HEY! I am a little shorter (a quarter of an inch, but who's counting, I say 5'4) than preserum Steve, and I consider my self average. I fortunately weigh more...but...don't feel tiny!

Ok, thank you! He's more super-powered than I thought he was!

Whoa, seems like they went a bit overboard with the pre-serum weight there. I'm that height and if I weighed that little, I might be dead.

I wouldn't say it's too bad.

I was 5'9 and 96 lbs when I graduated high school and I was in decent health. So, not as overboard as you'd think. Was a walking stick though, ridiculous metabolism.

It depends on your bone structure and general body shape, of course, but being 5'4" and under 100lbs isn't that abnormal. That was virtually every single one of my short, thin friends before they hit puberty. You just have to have absolutely no muscle and no extra body fat. It's definitely a little under a healthy weight, but it's not Auschwitz mode.

(For the record I've been 118 lbs at over 5'10" and would have passed the military pushups, situps, and run standards - for men - with flying colours. It's actually way, way easier to run distance and do bodyweight exercises like pushups and chinups at extremely low body weights than it is when you're bulked up. The army doesn't want you to do bench press and sprints, so I don't why that's the metric they'd give for pre and post-op Steve.)

Oh, horseshit. Cap has peak human abilities, they've HAMMERED on that in canon. Four tons? What wiki is this?
