I would almost bet there's fanfic out there, and if there isn't already, there will be.

Maybe the OP is talking about fic? None of the post-Mizumono Hannigram fics I've seen have had it... yet. Give it time, OP, or maybe go prompt it on the kinkmeme.

Maybe, yea. I haven't wandered into Hannibal fic yet (though I have some recs I need to get to), so I don't know if it's even a thing. Given enough time, I imagine it will be.
