I think Chel was the first cartoon lady whose hips I really noticed. Dreamworks always did like to be a bit more risqué than Disney in that aspect.

I noticed Nani first, though she fits like...two of OPs things...sorta. She's kind of flat up top, but has the hips, but she has the LEGS as well. So she's like..a weird mix of what OP is complaining about AND wants.

Though I did notice Chel for sure.
