feotakahari's icon always gives me the impression that she's a 13 year old emo weaboo for some reason. I feel kind of bad about it though because she seems like a nice person in general when she comments

Either a guy or gender-neutral, I'm not sure which, but they're definitely not female.

Ooh I'm sorry. I never pay much attention to people's genders and I seemed to remember someone using she/her when talking about them :(

It came up in a thread a little while ago. I don't think it's common knowledge though, and they did say people tend to assume that they're female in general so don't feel bad about it.
