I don't *hate* Clara, I just find her boring.

She's not as annoying as Adric or Mel or Rose with Ten, but she's just forgettable.

Which is a shame because Jenna is gorgeous. Unless they do something spectacular with her this season she's just going to end up as one of those companions that people think of alongside Dodo, Vicki, Yates and Benton: "Oh yeah, those guys were companions too".

BENTON! Benton was lovely and wonderful and clearly kind of in love with Three and I know it's not at all feasible at this point but man do I wish we could have UNIT back even if only for one episode. Benton thought it was obvious that the TARDIS was bigger on the inside!

Sorry. I just have a lot of feelings about Benton.

Are you me, Anon? I utterly adore Benton and wish he got as much mileage in the Big Finish audios as, say, Mike Yates (whom I used to love as a character until finding out that the actor was distinctly unsavoury - which sadly ruined Mike a bit for me).

What I wouldn't give for a Benton/Three fic. :P

I really want a proper UNIT ep and am hoping that given Capaldi is such a Three lover we *might* get some more Three era allusions. *cross fingers*
