The towing company not letting me in to see/get stuff from my car after the accident unless I paid a couple hundred dollars - despite the insurance company saying that they had taken care of it. The towing company, which I have ever since referred to as "bag of dicks", refused me access to my car for a week, then when they finally agreed to let me in, made me wait at the entry to the lot for an hour or so in the freezing cold before someone showed up to let me in... only to find that the car had been taken to salvage earlier and was no longer present to get my belongings from.

I still want to slash every tire of their entire fleet.
