Friend's brother sounds like trouble waiting to happen. :O

I'm kind of confused about why the brother's friend can't take him back though? or was that the same person?

My brother's friend is in a spot of bother with the law right now. I don't know the details, don't want to know the details, but it could see him sent to jail.

ahhh, gotcha. So the dog might not have a place to go back to.

But yeah, I think friend's brother should be out of the picture as far as the dog. Wanting to raise a dog to be aggressive = bad news for everyone, including the dog. D:
