I'd keep him and neuter him. Not only would you be curbing possible undesirable behavior, but you'd help keep him out of the hands of people who want to use him as a breeder. And yes to everyone else who says not to let the friend's brother get his hands on the puppy. Being a fighter is no kind of life for a dog. :(
