not in my fandom! Some people came in and tried to stir shit up and the fandom at large rolled their eyes and moved along. I was so proud. Not saying it won't happen later, if our fandom gets bigger, but it was nice this time.

This. I haven't seen any ship wars in tiny fandoms (most of mine are). No1 currz. Everyone just ships and lets ship. The only instance of ship-hostility I can remember in, say, Rivers of London was that one passive aggressive comment left on a popular slash fanfic.
