Should I get rid of the benin mole on my face I've had on it forever, yeah or nay? It's like the size of this O and by my nose and little to the left. It's also raised some, but thankfully no hairs grow out of it.

Nope. It's benign, so it's fine. Also, sounds cute - things like that make your face YOUR face. And, from a purely practical standpoint, one ought to avoid unnecessary procedures - they're expensive (cosmetic is most probably not covered by your insurance) and the potential risks (scarring, problems with the anesthesia) don't outweigh the benefit (a less interesting face).
