(Anonymous) 2014-06-02 05:32 am (UTC)(link)Most of the story changed VERY significantly...in fact, the only scene that stayed in tact was the curse scene. Everything else was altered a lot.
I would say that Maleficent never really becomes evil, which was my point. I mean, they even softened up the fact that Maleficent chose to have Aurora straight up die in the original.
