Trains (specifically of the intercity/commuter heavy rail variety, so mostly Amtrak and Caltrain locally) and airplanes. The airplanes are more so. I could actually get into an alarming amount of detail about the various types of airplanes and how they're differently attractive, but I will spare you all's eyes.

(AYRT) The commercial ones are different than the military ones. Kind of the difference between fashion models and athletes: both definitely attractive, but differently so. I'm not into prop-engines, generally; there's a kind of old-fashioned charm to them, but that does not translate to attraction. They're all much more attractive in flight, along the lines of how people are often much more attractive in swimsuits.

Military aircraft are basically split between fighters and transport planes. The fighters are more sharp edges and raw power, the transports are solid get-it-done types. I'm more into fighters (most people are, I think it's something along the lines of the bad-boy appeal) but there's definitely something to the transports.

With commercial aircraft, I mostly see the big Boeing planes (the airport near my house is something like half Southwest), which are like your general sexy person trying to sell you clothing or washing machines or whatever; they're nice to look at, but they get kind of bland after a while. I actually like the little business jets like Gulfstreams more. They're small, but they feel so sleek and purposeful. I actually have a picture of a Gulfstream G650 in flight as my desktop wallpaper; my friends think it's funny, I don't think they realize it's the rough equivalent of having a sexy young man in a Speedo as theirs.

When I said "alarming amount of detail", I meant it. This may not have been what you were expecting, sorry.

(AYRT) Oh, wow, yeah, totally forgot the livery! Yes, I do appreciate fine livery. Mostly I focus on the tailfins, because most of the time the body is just white with the airline name on the side, but that Air China one is just gorgeous. It's a shame I don't want to fly to China, because I'd seriously consider them because of their livery alone. The old American Airlines design was beautiful and it's a shame they've dropped it; it just felt so raw, like this was the core of the airplane. I think JetBlue's variety in tailfin designs (http://airchive.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/JetBlue-Tails-over-tinme.jpg) is really interesting; my favorite is probably the Mosaic one. Asiana's is also nice. (https://flic.kr/p/84Vbyz) I've only ever flown Southwest, but theirs is pretty boring, in my opinion, which is a shame (http://www.southwestonereport.com/2012/images/HomepageBackground-2.jpg); they do spice up the body (you can see some of it in that picture, basically they carry the design on the tailfin across the plane), so that's a point for them. They also have some planes with unique designs on them, either SeaWorld ads or state flags. I think Arizona is the best of them, but that could be biased because I lived there for eight years. The penguin one is also nice. (http://www.southwest.com/html/southwest-difference/specialty-planes.html)

I think I just figured out who makes all those threads on /d/ about sexy anthropomorphic fighter jets . . .
