What counts as strange, though? I think most of it is not so unusual in human variation, and pretty common in fandom.

In no particular order: Scars, even extensive ones - even not healed ones. Cybernetic limbs.Pegging. Boys in dresses. Some psychological distress has a sexual component for me which is a bit messed up.

This is going to be hard to explain, but I'm really drawn to fic, comics, manga, etc. where one character has sex with another character while transforming him or her so they can have sex more easily. It doesn't work as well for me if the transformee is using his or her own powers or abilities, and it doesn't work as well for me if the transformee changes before sex. (For instance, "magic-user turns man into woman and then has sex with her" doesn't work as well for me as "magic-user gives man a blowjob that causes his cock to shrink into a clit, licks beneath it to make a pussy form, and then gives him a thorough fucking that makes the pussy grow deeper and deeper.")

Two caveats to this. First, it doesn't seem to matter whether either or both is male or female, so long as they're not a body type I find unattractive. Second, though I most frequently see this written as some sort of dominance thing, I'm even more drawn to it when both characters enthusiastically consent to it.

There's not a lot of content that fits this, but what's good is really good. (I'm trying to find one I was reading yesterday--it's like it just vanished.)
