What counts as strange, though? I think most of it is not so unusual in human variation, and pretty common in fandom.

In no particular order: Scars, even extensive ones - even not healed ones. Cybernetic limbs.Pegging. Boys in dresses. Some psychological distress has a sexual component for me which is a bit messed up.

I'm in to psychological distress. The more desperate and upset a character gets (not a person irl, only into this fictionally), the hotter I find them.
