How would you classify your fitness level? What are your aims? This is important.

I try and do these every hour http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUyMNyrOHJQ And I mix in squats and /proper/ push ups. Once a day I go running to and up these stairs where I do chin ups and practice kong vaults ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXH7FHfMCH0 ) and jumps, and then I will practice my jumps on some rocks nearby. Once every week or two I do parkour lessons and those are more intense.

How do you do chin ups on stairs?
I want to get into parkour, but I don't have good cardio. YET.

The hand rail of the stairs is free standing and tall enough for me to do chin ups if I lift my legs off the ground(my parkour teacher sometimes laments that I didn't grow to be just an INCH taller), and I can do this sorta inverse press-up (back straight, feet still on the ground) which is a lot easier.

I started doing my lessons when I was no stronger than the average person, 6 months later I can do some impressive things.
