While I have created a full training regimen for sprint/middle distance running (including strength training), I've found that plyometrics can be adapted for indoor use. The ones I complete most often come from the intermediate training program for the Grand Blue Mile (http://www.grandbluemile.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/GBM_TrainingSchedule_Intermediate.pdf), but there are certainly other options out there. For things such a karaoke drills, I've used a long hallway if the weather was too cold/wet to perform the drills outdoors. I also make sure to engage in dynamic stretching (some moves found here http://www.brianmac.co.uk/dynamic.htm), and that's very easy to do indoors with adequate space and a wall to steady yourself.
