Lactose intolerant, don't exercise at all already (and that's killing me too, I hate being so weak), can't eat more than a few bites of anything without nausea. So every bite has to count for as many calories as possible just to keep me functioning. :/

You're dead on about the sauces though. I already put condiments on everything, mostly nut butters, canned frosting, or syrups. Like I literally dip candy bars into a can of frosting just to get as many calories as possible, and I don't eat bread unless there's a ton of mayo on it. I'm so tired of sweet things. :P
