Eh, I think there's something extra creepy about dressing up human meat as not-human meat food like it's something that normal people should be eating. At least ripping a gobbet of muscle tissue off of someone's dismembered femur with your teeth is honest disgusting. It's only gory, rather than creepy-squicky.

... I am now imagining Hannibal giving vampires cookery lessons to help them up their creepy factor. Or attempting to, at least. I'm not sure if this ends up with Hannibal dead in a lovely streak of dramatic irony, with Hannibal a vampire in a move that the rest of the vampires rapidly realise was a bad idea, with Hannibal revealing himself to be Satan disguised as a mortal and scaring the vampires shitless, or just in a hilarious kitchen dustup where Hannibal experiments with how much kitchen equipment can be rendered into stakes on the fly.

Alternately, it ends with a bunch of really creepy vampires who can now serve man in a variety of new and interesting ways, and Hannibal with an extended rolodex of potential guests and an interest in recipes for undead flesh.

... It'd be an interesting cookery show, if nothing else?

I love all of your comment, but especially that part.
