Free! is shameless pandering and fanservice and I'm glad they do it.

I'd argue with KuroBas because it has some pretty standard shounen tropes (supermanly friendship! supermanly rivalry! supermanly homoerotic subext!). If there's two male characters in a shonen series, there's a 100% possibility people will ship them because their friendship tends to be focus of the series.

Can't comment on the rest except for Tiger & Bunny, which I found a pretty fun show and I enjoyed the deconstruction/reconstruction stuff it had with the whole superhero genre.
