Eh.

A lot of people joke about special snowflakes, but...I do think that's where the impulse to over-label comes from. There's a real drive in adolescence to be unique and special, and every generation develops their own way of expressing that. Doesn't mean it isn't obnoxious as hell; it is. But it's normal.

Give them 5-10 years and they'll be looking back and cringing.

God, one can only wonder what the next generation comes up with.

Damn kids. I've been shaking my fist at them since I heard someone say Zelda 2 and they meant Majora's Mask. I knew I was old when I heard someone else, years later, say Zelda 2 and they meant Twilight Princess.

I just really hope they do - I feel like the trend of "UNASHAMED OF EVERYTHING" and egocentric thinking is so strong right now, a lot of people are so self obsessed that I can't ever imagine them growing out if it.
