People thinking that Captain America has any significant level of superhuman strength. "Peak human" is the point of the character; it's what makes him an aspirational figure.

From an out-of-universe point of view, he absolutely does have superhuman strength, not to mention superhumanly durable musculature and skeletal structure. It's due to the writers not having the first clue what actual human physical limits are, particularly for sustained exertion, but that doesn't make fans wrong for noting that some of the shit he does is physically impossible and putting it down to superhuman ability. Informed limits are as sloppy and disregardable as informed abilities.
