Re: Tropes/common twists you hate

That popular manga/doaram trope of "girl disguises herself as guy, other guy falls in love, starts questioning his sexuality, comes to terms with it, confesses - phew, you're in luck, she's really a girl!". I hate this trope so, so much.

Wow, autocorrect. Wow. You don't know a word and make another word that doesn't exist out of it? Really?

Dorama/Drama.

And here I was thinking I was going to learn something new. 'Doaram? Never heard of it...'

If it had at least turned it into "diorama" or any other word that actually exists... I will never understand how autocorrect works.

That pisses me off, too.

Now I feel bad for liking Hana Kimi...except, the main dude knows she's a girl and the dude who likes her who thinks she's a guy doesn't actually end up with her and isn't actually gay (he subconsciously knows she's a girl...that one was a bit weird, but oh well. i just liked seeing him being confused *shrug*).

Sure. I hate that trope because it's so overdone and basically the "NO HOMO" of the eastern media world, but you can like whatever you like, no problem with that. There are probably some examples where it's done well, but.. yeah, not the trope for me.
