Well the reason I can't with Tyrion right now is because at the end of the third book, he murders Shae.

And like he does it because he's mad that she wasn't loyal to him and didn't love him. LIKE TYRION. COME ON. YOU WERE KIDDING YOURSELF WHEN YOU THOUGHT SHE LOVED YOU. She was a prostitute and was there for the money and the position being his mistress afforded her. So when Tyrion is betrayed by her and sees that she had sex with his father, he strangles Shae.

And then he spends all of ADWD asking "where do whores go?" because he's looking for Tysha and also rapes a prostitute at one point and yeah. He reached a critical mass of misogyny for me and even though I once loved him, I started to hate him.

Are you sure that was the end of the third book? I thought I finished the third book and I don't remember that

Depends where you are/what edition you have - I know in the UK, for the paperback edition at least, they broke ASOS up into two books, "Steel and Snow" and "Blood and Gold". The murder of Shae only happens at the end of the second volume.
