Not really? I mean, I recognize them and kind of "Hey, X is coming/totally saw it!" when it happens but beyond that the stuff I respond to honestly depends on the specifics. -shrugs- That and out of the media listed, I don't really watch tv/movies and video games I enjoy but I don't tend to be that emotionally invested in so I'm just not as inclined to respond to emotional cues.

Character death always upsets me and stresses me out to no end unless the characters are really minor. It's even worse when it's a character whose just redeemed themselves.

Public humiliation actually gets to me enough that I'll have to put the book down for a while.

Oh! And all the romance tropes [aside from some of the um...more problematic ones] make me smile.
