oh god, i can't wait for next week. 90 goddamn minutes of this. it's gonna hurt, and it's gonna be good.

fucking lester though. i've never wanted a character to get what's coming to them like i do with him. that fucking little weasel infuriates me more than motherfucking heisenberg.

I'm afraid and don't want it to come, but I also really need to know what's going to happen. Ugh, so conflicted on this because if anything happens to Molly, Gus, Greta or Lou I will flip my shit. I know it isn't likely that all of them will get out of the finale alive, but I need it to happen. They're all too good and cute and someone in this damn show should have a chance at happiness.

Lester infuriated me too. (Whatever happens to him, I agree, he deserves it.) At the start of the season he was very sympathetic, but for the last couple of episodes he's been getting darker and darker, and now he's not even close to the same person he started as. I almost can't believe how far he's fallen; it makes me want to rage because he used to be such a lovable shit, and now...now he's a monster. (And the worst part of it might be that I want to like him; something in the way Freeman plays him, even when he's doing terrible things there's something charismatic or amusing about him, but I know better and that makes me even angrier because don't try to pull the wool over my eyes, you asshole.)

oh man, yeah, if something happens to any of them i'll be a mess. i still miss my favorite hitmen :(

i think we as viewers were supposed to sympathize with lester and want him to grow a backbone and fight back, but then he fought back in the worst way possible and now it's all downhill from there. still, even at the start you could feel that there was something wrong with him. something missing, like chazz said.
but it's making me like martin freeman a lot more, because he's at his best here. he can be really great and the sherlock fans who keep saying how great he is make me laugh because his performance as lester completely blows watson out of the water.
also he has a really nice cabin. i'd love to live in a house like this.

I'm hoping that Mr. Wrench will show back up in the finale. Not sure if that's likely, but if he appeared and killed Malvo at the last minute I would be beside myself in joy.

Yea, Lester definitely had a downward spiral. He started out sympathetic and despite his mistakes seemed like a decent guy, but then he gave in to all his awful instincts and now he's irredeemable.

They're completely different roles but IA, he's amazing as Lester and I love how much range he's shown thus far. His acting has impressed me so much, especially during the last couple of episodes. He plays smart and complex very well, and there's a certain ruthlessness that I didn't expect to see from him. He's brilliant at it though.

if wrench shows up i think i'll actually squee. we got absolutely no closure for him and headcanons can only do so much.
i don't necessarily want him to get his revenge, but if that happens, i'll be overjoyed as well. especially if he dumps the body in a frozen lake after the fact. and the episode ends there. that would be amazing.
