I actually really enjoyed the movie. I've seen it three times now, and after adjusting my expectations from OMG PERFECT to cool robot movie, I had a lot more fun. (I could also tell Raleigh, Chuck, and Herc apart, which made it way easier to understand. :P) My issue is solely with the people who masturbate over it like it's flawless and think it's going to "fix scifi forever". Hell, even then I don't think they're bad for doing that; they sure seem to be having a good time. I just think they're wrong.

tumblr also thinks children's programming is the most progressive thing, believes that un/sub-conscious asides are poignant messages, and bawls like an overgrown manchild, so i've taken to just rolling my eyes at pretty much everything people say there.
