I only realized when my brother posted on Facebook that he was at Pride that Pride was Friday/Saturday, not Saturday/Sunday. And the drag show was today, and I missed it. :(

Semi-local con next weekend though, and I need to finish my costume and my sister-in-law's costume, so it's just as well that I stay home and keep plugging away. Soooo close to being finished with both! Also hoping to borrow my dad's lawn mower so I can mow my front yard before I get fined for not doing so. -_- In between all that, making another round of ginger syrup is in order, and probably some video game breaks - I've gotten myself addicted to Katamari Damacy again. Cannot stop playing the second game. Same levels over and over and over even, just trying to break my records...

She's going as Crona from Soul Eater (which I've never seen - I'm relying on Google image search to make the costume, hahah), then reprising her Ed from Cowboy Bebop.

I'm planning on starting the day out as Mjrn from Final Fantasy XII with a friend as Jote (the two NPC sisters of Fran, who's a player character who's an amazon warrior bunnygirl; sadly our Fran had to drop out so we just have the two NPC priestess and wannabe-warrior bunnygirls), and later changing into young Link from Ocarina of Time to hang with another friend who's going to be Sheik (even though that technically makes zero sense from a continuity standpoint, she has other OOT cosplayer friends, so we'll make it work - and I have been promised SHENANIGANS).

You can kinda tell which of us is the anime fan and which of us is the gamer, hahah.
