I don't see what the big deal is with somebody saying they don't like a slash pairing that doesn't make sense to them. You know, like half the god-damned secrets in this community.

"I hate 90% of the people who ship it" isn't exactly fluff and bunnies. Not to mention that, as I was pointing out somewhat facetiously, pretty much every damn popular ship in the PW fandom is turning friends into lovers. And it's sort of... if not hypocritical, holding it to a double standard to single out that one.

But hey, I'm not even much of a P/E shipper. I was just putting off my paper >_>

What I find amusing about the whole thing is that having played only partway through the first game, I was pretty shocked to hear that PW has such a huge, ship-happy fandom. It wouldn't have remotely occurred to me to turn what is fundamentally a goofy diversion into this epic seething tangle of fan-stuff.

Which makes the vehemency of "I hate people who ship X" especially silly, since I can't imagine deriving any sort of emotion besides "OBJECTION hee hee hee" from the game.

And I raise my glass to procrastination.

Eh. The PW series is sort of all about the relationships between characters, particularly from the fourth case of the first game onwards. So I do sort of see where it's coming from. >_>

Er, obviously.

And procrastination is a wonderful thing.
