But the feminists who fell for it fell for it as feminists. The fact that they were feminists was not incidental to their falling for it, and you're trying to act like it is. In the same way the MRAs who fell for it, it's not incidental that they were MRAs - they didn't fall for it as a bunch of people who happened to be MRAs, they fell for it in regards to their being as MRAs.

I mean, yeah, not mutually exclusive but there is a big difference between the two statements.
