I'm sorry that happened to you, OP :(

Make sure you read over your contract very carefully and that they're not screwing you over in some way.

As a previous anon said, you can say your previous work placement wasn't a good fit for you.

In terms of getting employment generally, have you explored employment agencies, specifically agencies that specialise in helping people with disabilities get jobs? Also, your local autism support group might have ideas or resources to help you look for jobs and keep them - they might even be able to help you this situation.
