Hmm...

I was a fan of Astro Boy as a kid. I was also quite a fan of Robotech, Transformers, Jem, Doctor Who (classic).

My first really serious read after I started to read novels was The Diamond Throne by David Eddings, and I got the sequel books as they came out, and eventually read the Belgariad and Mallorean when I move to a state high school (my church school was a bit strict on what fiction was allowed), which eventually lead to me buying my own copies later.

I'd consider my teen obsession with Doctor Who and attempts to buy whatever books I could to be fannish.

I suppose I was Star Trek TNG fan.

My first ever online fannish community was a Star Trek parody webcomic. My second (and the first place I really got into fanfiction, even though the webcomic social group had a little) was the Attic, a Baldur's Gate fanfiction message board.
I first found yaoi in Dragonball Z.
I first ventured onto Fanfiction.net while I was in DBZ (after I found yaoi).

Is that enough firsts?
