As someone who's only seen up to midway through S2, I'm kind of confused. I wasn't understanding where the rape accusations were coming from because I thought the scene was clearly consensual, but then people are talking about S4 and "Jaime's arc" and whatnot, but didn't this scene happen in the first episode? I know from people spoiling me that there's a rape scene with these characters in the current season, but I know the "throwing Bran out a window" thing was in the pilot. Am I missing something or did it happen a second time (which seems kind of crazy)?

Nope, this is a different scene from the sex scene in the pilot. I dunno how you feel about spoilers because this happens after a pretty major one so I'll mostly leave it at that.
