Stargate Atlantis - Zelenka, every once in a while
Almost every spy drama, probably, (yes, sometimes, the actor isn't actually from the region of whatever language, but there are a fair few who are).

I always found it odd that in SGA they had things like Zelenka speaking Czech and references to an Ancient language, but then literally all the other inhabitants of the planets they visited spoke English (unless they explained that, I don't remember)

I think I remember the creators handwaving it as some inherant properties of the Stargates--like, you go through a Stargate, it programs you with the language of the planet you land on. With variations on things like maybe if there's two languages on the planet it only does one, or it doesn't cover written language, and if they were landing on planets from spaceships all the time they wouldn't understand a thing. Like the TARDIS' translation circuit...I'm pretty sure that's the assumption they were going with, they just didn't feel the need to spell it out and lock themselves down.

(and explaining it would likely be a clunky sort of "as you know, Bob" thing)
