Anime and Japanese video game characters are pretty much this. No matter how old they look, they are almost always jailbait. Shoot for the ones that you'd estimate to be in their mid-thirties - those ones usually manage to hit at least twenty-one.

Ha ha! Good timing, I'm playing a Persona game for the first time (coincidentally, Persona 3: FES.) Man, I can't believe I missed out on this game the first time through. They put a lot of stuff in for what amounts to a simple concept. Definitely worth its weight in gold.
