Or that bisexuality doesn't really exist. I can't even get my head around that one.

History is chocka full of kings and queens getting it on with both sexes. How is it possible to have missed thousands of years of bisexuality?

dim people lack perspective beyond themselves. They are only attracted to one sex. They can understand how people might be attracted to a different sex then they are, but into more then one?

I think the problem is that these people assume that you can have sex with people of both sexes, but you're only ~really~ attracted to one of them. So the whole "man who sleeps with men and women is really gay and exclusively attracted to the men he sleeps with and only sleeps with women because society expects him to" thing and similar stuff. Which I'm sure in some cases is true, but not always.

Well keep in mind that for kings and queens who are attracted to and who actually had sex with were two entirely different things. Not to say that bisexuality does not exist - but citing kings and queens who had sex in order to produce an heir is not exactly the best example. I am sure there were some bisexuals in the mix, but there were also royals who had sex only because that was the only way to get a baby.
